In Sanskrit, the word "chakra" means "wheel" or "disc," and it primarily refers to the energy centres of the body. Specific nerve bundles and vital organs are correlated to the chakras of spinning energy. The chakras must stay balanced or open in order to perform at their peak. When a chakra is blocked, one may experience emotional or physical symptoms that are associated with that chakra.

Chakra healing represents both particular areas of consciousness as well as particular areas of your physical body. All of the perceptions and senses can be divided into seven categories, and each category can be connected to a certain chakra. Chakras are energy centres that are split into four categories and are found at seven different central spots on the body:

• Spiritual- Crown Chakra

• Physical- Root Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, Sacral Chakra

• Mental- Third Eye Chakra, Throat Chakras

• Emotional- Heart Chakras

Different people have different experiences with the size and activity of spherical spirals of energy. According to a being's consciousness, the wheels vibrate at various intensities. Higher mental and spiritual goals and capacities result from the more refined energies of the upper chakras. Lower chakras have energy that resonates at a lower frequency because they are linked to deeper emotions and desires. Each chakra's centre plays a crucial role in fostering energy balance.

Muladhara, also known as the Root Chakra, is connected to the base of the spine and represents root support or survival, which is the desire to exist in the physical world. Innocence is the main feature of this chakra. When the chakra is in balance, the person will feel grounded, secure, and safe. When this chakra's energy is depleted, the person may experience anxiety, instability, or terror.

Swadhishtana Slightly lower than the naval, the sacral chakra is known as Swadhishtana. A relationship's foundation is created by the energy that the sacral chakra produces. An individual develops an internal sense of who they are as well as how others are perceived from the outside, including their sexuality, families, and ego. When one has the energy of the sacral chakra mastered, one may accurately detect the sentiments and feelings of others.

Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) Located in the body's centre, the Solar Plexus Chakra is where physical energy is transported. It serves as the hub for both natural emotions and personal energy. The person begins to establish an ego, a feeling of self-worth, and self-discipline during this stage of spiritual growth. A sense of awareness and receptivity towards the intuitive voice are also brought out by the Solar Plexus Chakra's energies.

Heart Chakra (Anahata) The heart chakra, also known as Anahata, is located in the middle of the chest and symbolises emotional energy that connects the material world with the spiritual world. In addition to challenging the individual to listen and respect the spiritual path, this stage of spiritual development fosters a strong sense of love.

Vishuddha, also known as the Throat Chakra, is the centre of creativity, self-expression, communication, willpower, and the capacity to communicate our inner truth. A person's interconnectedness through spirit might be shown when they communicate about it.

Ajna or the Third Eye Chakra, which is situated between the eyes and just above the brow, expands the body's instincts, knowledge, and insights. Third-eye opening coincides with spiritual awakening and renewal. The chakra for mercy and compassion is called Ajna.

The Crown Chakra, also known as Sahasrara, is the final step of our spiritual evolution and is located at the top of the head. It symbolises a person's relationship with the supreme God of the cosmos. The Crown Chakra unites all the chakras along with their characteristics in a unique conjoining centre.
