The emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an unconventional method in healing emotional distress and physical pain. It’s sometimes associated with tapping or even psychological acupressure. People who use this technique say that tapping the body can balance their energy system and treat pain, anxiety, and stress. EFT includes tapping particular points on the body, essentially on the head and the face, in a specific sequence. While doing this, the person centers on the issue that they want to treat. According to Gary Craig- A disturbance in energy is the root cause of all negative emotions and pain.
